Expect parades, including the grand opening parade on Saturday, April 26th, 2025, in Lille, exhibitions exploring celebration in all its forms, surprising artistic installations in public spaces, varied live performances (theater, dance, concerts) and unprecedented events.

• The Opening Parade: a participatory event crossing the city center of Lille on April 26th, 2025. More than 2,000 participants and 300,000 spectators expected.
• The exhibitions:
  • "Fêtes et célébrations flamandes. Brueghel, Rubens, Jordaens..." at the Palais des Beaux-Arts de Lille (April 26th → August 31st, 2025): exploring Flemish festive traditions of the 16^th and 17^th centuries.
  • "POM POM PIDOU. Un récit renversant de l’art moderne" at the Tripostal (April 26th → November 9th, 2025): a collection of modern and contemporary art from the Pompidou Center.
  • "La fête intérieure !" at the Saint Sauveur Station (April 26th → July 27th, 2025): an invitation to a whirlwind of joy and letting go, focusing on the body in celebration.
  • "The distorted party" at the Hospice Comtesse Museum (April 26th → November 9th, 2025): rethinking celebration in light of contemporary challenges.
  • "Baile Funk" at the maison Folie Wazemmes (June 21st → September 21st, 2025): highlighting the history of funk carioca as part of the Brazil-France 2025 season.
